Magazines are shipped via the US Postal Service. Depending on when your order is placed, your first magazine can arrive within 1-2 weeks. Typically, it takes 1 to 2 months for a new subscription to start, and there are many factors that can affect that date. The delivery schedule of the magazine you purchased will have the biggest effect on when you receive your first issue. Magazines that are published less frequently can take longer to arrive if your order was placed soon after the last issue was mailed.
These lead times are standard across the magazine industry, regardless of where you place your order. If you place an order for a 1 year, 12 issue subscription and your start date gets delayed, you will still receive all 12 issues.
We work with your magazine's publisher to do everything possible to get your subscription started as fast as possible, but if you think you should have received your first issue already, send a note to our customer service team and we will investigate where your first issue is!
Subscription Core is proud to offer 30-day risk-free magazine subscriptions. If you cancel your order within 30 days of your order date, we will cancel your subscription and provide you a full refund no questions asked.
If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we will still accept cancellation requests at our discretion, however only the remaining time left on your subscription will be refunded if approved. For example, if you cancel your 1 year subscription 6 months after the order is placed, you would be eligible to receive a refund for 50% of the original purchase price.
Your personal credit card information is purged from our systems after 90 days, and any refunds after that time frame will be processed via check, sent to the billing address provided when your order was placed. Please be sure to include an updated address if you've moved or are no longer receiving mail at that address.
Magazines offer on our website can be purchased as a new subscription, gift subscription, or renewal. Whether you placed your original order with us, or on another website, just make sure that the name and address that you enter on the website matches the information from the label on your current subscription!
Our team does their best to make sure we have the lowest prices available on all the subscriptions we offer. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor deals or promotions on subscriptions unless they are advertised specifically from Subscription Core.
If you have a promotional offer from a competitor's website, you can email our customer support to team to see if we can accept it, however generally we recommend that you place your order according to the instructions outlined in the offer.
If you already placed your order with us, contact our customer support team to see if there is anything we can do to match the offer, and if we're not able to we will cancel and refund your subscription so that you can take advantage of the offer you received with the company that advertised it.
Subscription Core accepts all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not currently accept payments via check. If you paid for your subscription by check, your order placed with another company, and we will not able to assist with your subscription unless you are trying to renew.
If you've received a bill in the mail for your subscription, it was NOT from Subscription Core and we will not be able to assist you.

Your email address and personal information are stored securely on our server and are only shared with companies that are involved in processing your magazine subscription. Your personal information is only used by our marketing team for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your subscription and sending notifications regarding your subscription status.
Payment information is encrypted when submitted and 100% secured. No payment information is stored in our system and is retained by an industry leader for only 90 days to assist with processing refunds when neccesary. After 90 days all payment information is purged from their system, and no longer available to Subscription Core and its team.
Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Subscription Core. We are proud to offer a no questions asked 30-day return policy, and if you'd like to cancel your subscription within 30 days we will issue a full refund for any reason.
If you would like to cancel your order after 30 days, we will still offer refunds on a per case basis, pro-rated for the time remaining on the subscription. Contact our customer support team for additional information.
You can easily update any order placed with Subscription Core by sending our customer service team a message with your order number, and new address. If you miss any issues due a change in address, let our team know so we can adjust your subscription to make sure you receive all the orders you paid for.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, contact our customer support team and include your email address/order number. If your order was placed in the last 30 days, we will issue a full refund to your credit card. If it has been longer than 30 days, our team will issue a prorated refund for the remaining issues on your subscription when possible.
If it has been longer than 90 days since your order was placed refunds will be issue by check since credit card data is not stored beyond 90 days in our system.
Sometimes publishers do not match renewal subscriptions properly and duplicate issues are sent out. If you receive a duplicate issue let us know so we can work with the publisher to combine your subscriptions and extend your subscription for the duplicate issues you received.
If you receive damaged issues of your magazine, let our customer service team know so we can contact the publisher to have an issue resent, or extend your subscription to compensate for the damaged issue you received.
Sometimes magazines get lost or misplaced in the mail. If this happens, please contact our customer support team and they will assist you in getting the issue resent, or extending your subscription to compensate for the missed issue.
